The Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for UAP Encounters (PURSUE) is the Department of War's rolling release of unidentified anomalous phenomena records at war.gov/UFO/. Every tranche gets its own breakdown here: the release supercut, the standout files, the sensor archive by command, and which items already have a mundane explanation. Cases with a place and a date are plotted on the globe.

On August 7, 2026, the Department of War published Release 05 of the Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for UAP Encounters - 41 records (16 videos, 22 PDFs, 3 images) at war.gov/UFO/, drawn from the Pentagon, FBI, CIA, State Department, and the Executive Office of the President and spanning 1950 to 2026.
On July 10, 2026, the Department of War published Release 04 of the Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for UAP Encounters - 40 records (19 videos, 14 PDFs, 4 audio recordings, 3 images) at war.gov/UFO/, contributed by the Department of War (28), NASA (7), the CIA (2), the Department of Energy (2), and the FBI (1).
On June 12, 2026, the Department of War published Release 03 of the Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for UAP Encounters - 72 records (53 documents, 10 images, 6 videos, 3 audio recordings) at war.gov/UFO/, drawing on the CIA, FBI, NASA, and the Pentagon and bringing the running archive to nearly 300 records.

Secretary of War Pete Hegseth and DNI Tulsi Gabbard framed the PURSUE releases as the first of many rolling tranches expected every few weeks. Former AARO director Sean Kirkpatrick has cautioned that records reviewed during his tenure contained no evidence of recovered extraterrestrial technology.
